The Techeetah Formula E team has officially unveiled its new logo and car livery for the 2016/2017 season.
Techeetah took over the entry of Team Aguri for season three of Formula E, using the Renault powertrain for its debut campaign in the all-electric series.
Jean-Eric Vergne has moved from DS Virgin Racing to Techeetah to join Chinese racer Ma Qing Hua in season three.
The team unveiled its new black and gold Techeetah livery in Hong Kong ahead of this weekend’s season opener.
“Techeetah is building a strong team for season three,” said the team’s managing director Ivan Yim.
“Our drivers bring experience and the outright pace of Jean-Eric Vergne who has proven his speed in Formula E and F1, along with Ma Qing Hua who came from WTCC with two wins on the world stage in Russia and Portugal.
“We opted for the championship winning Renault Sport Z.E.16 powertrain which is race-tested over the past two seasons. Techeetah is positioning itself as a competitive team with its new powertrain package and drivers.”
