Renault reserve driver Esteban Ocon will get his second practice outing this season at the British Grand Prix this weekend, taking over Kevin Magnussen's Renault seat for the 90-minute session.
Ocon, who is currently on loan to Renault from Mercedes, previously took part in FP1 at the Spanish GP earlier this year, sitting in for Jolyon Palmer. However he enjoyed little action following a puncture and battery charging problems.
He did however gain experience behind the wheel of the RS16 during the in-season test that followed the race, completing more than 100 laps.
"Proud to announce I'm gonna be driving tommorow during FP1 of the BritishGP here in Silverstone," Ocon confirmed on Twitter.
The 19-year-old will also be in action for Mercedes next week, during Silverstone's two-day in-season test. Ocon will drive on both days whilst Pascal Wehrlein will get behind the wheel of their 2014 car as part of Pirelli's 2017 tyre development.
