The FIA and Formula E have officially confirmed the calendar for the 2016/2017 season, with five new races.
The season will begin on the 9 October with the new Hong Kong round, before moving onto Marrakech in Morocco in November.
There will then be a three-month break, which will feature a special e-race event in Las Vegas on the 7 January. It will be run on rFactor 2 at a special virtual track around the city streets, with 10 fans being given the chance to qualify and race against the 20 drivers.
Buenos Aires will signal Formula E's return to the track in February, with Mexico City remaining on the calendar and Monaco returning.
Paris and Berlin have also been retained and there will be a new event in Brussels. Double-header rounds in Montreal, Canada, and around the streets of New York will conclude the season.
The final weekend in New York will take place from the 29-30 July. Two races, on the 22 April and 24 June, are still yet to be announced. Formula E CEO Alejandro Agag said the series is in conversation with London, Moscow and other cities for the June date.
Hong Kong, Marrakech, Brussels and Montreal are all subject to circuit homologation, while the New York event is pending the final administrative authorisation.
