ByKolles has confirmed its completed driver line-up for the 2016 FIA World Endurance Championship season, with Oliver Webb joining Simon Trummer and Pierre Kaffer.

Webb moved up the Formula Renault 2.0 ladder, finishing third in the British championship in 2009, before spending a season racing in Formula 3.

He moved up to Formula Renault 3.5 in 2011 and spent three years racing on-and-off in the series, split by a season in Indy Lights in 2012.

In 2014 his focus switched to endurance racing and he won the European Le Mans Series in 2014 Signatech Alpine, also making his Le Mans debut with the team. He raced for Team SARD Morand in LMP2 for most of last year but now moves to the LMP1 ByKolles outfit for 2016.

"I’m delighted to be joining ByKolles for the 2016 FIA WEC season," Webb said. "A great calendar and step in my career into LMP1 with faster, more advanced machinery.

"After some good conversations with the team and the direction the car is going in I'm very excited to be involved in this project for 2016.

"It's a big step forward and I'm looking forward to the challenge and joining my new team mates Simon Trummer and Pierre Kaffer."
