Manor has announced the signing of British youngster Matt Rao ahead of its debut in the FIA World Endurance Championship this year.
Former Manor Formula 1 bosses John Booth and Graeme Lowdon announced at the beginning of February that their team would be entering the WEC in 2016, racing in the LMP2 class.
Will Stevens moved with Booth and Lowdon from Manor's F1 operation and will make his WEC debut this season, with recent IndyCar driver James Jakes also taking one of the seats.
Rao is the latest driver to have been announced as part of the Manor line-up after being named on the entry list for the upcoming 'Prologue' test at Paul Ricard.
"I'm really pleased to be a part of this exciting new challenge with Manor, they have a fantastic reputation, and I know that their experience and professionalism will deliver great results," Rao said.
"LMP2 has become an ultra-competitive series which is full of top quality drivers and teams. I am looking forward to The Prologue and driving the ORECA 05 for the first time."
Booth added: “Manor has a history of working with some great young drivers and we are delighted to welcome another talented youngster to the team.
“Matt is a very exciting prospect, last year’s WEC Rookie test provided him with an opportunity to get to grips with LMP2 machinery for the first time and we are now looking forward to going racing with him in 2016 and seeing what results we can achieve together."
