Formula 1 will undergo a transformation in 2017 with quicker cars on the cards. Whilst the regulations haven’t been confirmed, renowned technical guru Giorgio Piola has taken what little information is known and created an animation to show what the cars might look like.

The cars will be wider and longer. The rear-wings will sit lower whilst the front-wing will be wider and a little simpler to ensure cars can follow more closely. There will also be some changes around the diffuser/floor and larger bargeboards.
