Marco Bezzecchi leads the way in Indonesia MotoGP final practice

Marco Bezzecchi stuns to take Austrian MotoGP pole as Marc Marquez crashes

Marco Bezzecchi carried his speed from Friday into Saturday, topping the final MotoGP practice session in Indonesia.

The Aprilia rider lapped a rapid 1.29.862s, closely followed by Yamaha’s Fabio Quartararo and KTM’s Pedro Acosta.

Rookie Fermin Aldeguer claimed fourth place and remained the quickest Ducati rider, with Miguel Oliveira and Raul Fernandez fifth and sixth.

Jack Miller and Yamaha lapped seventh fastest, showing the Japanese marque’s speed, followed by Alex Marquez and the factory Honda duo of Luca Marini and Joan Mir.

Marc Marquez finished the final practice session down in 11th place, a surprise given his dominance thus far in 2025.

Franco Morbidelli and Francesco Bagnaia placed their respective Ducati machinery in 12th and 13th place, respectively.

Alex Rins claimed 14th for Yamaha, ahead of KTM’s Brad Binder, Fabio Di Giannantonio and Enea Bastianini.

Johann Zarco finished in a surprise 18th place as his team-mate Somkiat Chantra and Maverick Vinales closed out the final two places.
