Toyota Gazoo Racing has a silver lining, literally. Not content with a top four lockout on last weekend’s Rally Islas Canarias and a total of eight podiums from a possible 12 after four rounds of the WRC, the Japanese brand has unveiled a fresh new look for the potent GR Yaris Rally1 cars.

The new livery will make its competitive debut at Vodafone Rally de Portugal next month, where drivers Kalle Rovanperä, Elfyn Evans, Sébastien Ogier and Takamoto Katsuta will be aiming to build on the squad’s dominant start to their season and extend their lead in the manufacturers’ championship, which currently stands at 51 points.
