Will Stevens has joined Wayne Taylor Racing for their 2025 IMSA SportsCar Championship season as an Endurance Cup driver in the #10 Cadillac.

WTR returns to Cadillac machinery next year and they have retained most of their driver lineup.

Stevens will assist full-time #10 Cadillac V-Series.R drivers Ricky Taylor and Filipe Albuquerque at three Endurance Cup rounds.

He formerly drove for WTR in 2022 at the 24 Hours of Daytona, where he finished second, and the 12 Hours of Sebring afterwards.

The British driver will compete during next year’s 63rd Daytona 24 Hours, in addition to the Sebring 12 Hours and Petit Le Mans.

Brendon Hartley has switched from an Endurance Cup role to a sole appearance at Daytona, as the #10’s fourth driver.

Stevens said: “I am very much looking forward to being back with Wayne Taylor Racing and starting this new venture with Cadillac Racing.

“It’s going to be an exciting partnership and one that has all the ingredients to be a huge success.

“It’s a brand that I have always admired from the outside and now get the chance to be a part of is a very exciting opportunity and can’t wait to get started.

“We need to form a strong team bond between everyone in the team to give us the best chance of achieving great things together.

“I think it’s a vital part of the way WTR goes about racing and why it has been so successful over so many years.

“We will all be pushing each other along and very much looking forward to that challenge.”

A continued lineup for the #40

Alex Lynn will support full-season drivers Jordan Taylor and Louis Deletraz at the Endurance Cup races.

Meanwhile Kamui Kobayashi will complete the lineup for the 24 Hours of Daytona on 25-26 January.

“The No. 40 car is an exciting driver line up as well,” said team principal Wayne Taylor.

“Louis and Jordan are back together again, and Alex Lynn will be helping with the endurance races.

“Alex has worked with us before, helping us win the Twelve Hours of Sebring back in 2017.

“Kamui Kobayashi’s abilities speak for themselves, having run with us before and won the Rolex 24 twice, once with Jordan.

“Everyone in this group works to get the job done, no egos – it is what wins races, especially the Rolex 24.”
