Mazda has been given a weight increase for the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship round at Road America.

The #55 Mazda RT24-P will be runnign with an additional ten kilograms compared to the previous races at Watkins Glen, where it notably won the Six Hours of the Glen.

Minimum weight for the Acura and Cadillac teams remains unchanged, although the Cadillac has been given a slight increase to its fuel capacity, with two extra litres to reach a total of 72.

No changes have been made to GTLM, but GTD has seen a number of noteworthy Balance of Performance changes following the rounds at Watkins Glen.

The Aston Martin Vantage GT3, which The Heart of Racing took to four consecutive podium finishes, has seen its power cut by 5 kilowatts (roughly 6.7 horsepower) as the result of a reduction in turbo boost.

The Aston Martin has also seen its fuel capacity reduced by one liter, with two-liter reductions handed out to Audi and BMW.
