Toyota Gazoo Racing has brought a new, low-downforce aero kit to Spa-Francorchamps be used on its pair of TS050 Hybrids in preparation for the 24 Hours of Le Mans in September.
With the absence of an official test day for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Japanese manufacturer will be testing the new aero in this weekend’s Total Six Hours of Spa-Francorchamps.
The kit has already been tested when the LMP1 championship leaders carried out a test at Circuit Paul Ricard, but this will be the first time the package will be used in a racing environment.
