Toyota Gazoo Racing has set the fastest time in final practice for the 4 Hours of Silverstone, with the two Rebellions completing the top three.
The #8 of Kazuki Nakajima set the pace with 01:37:014, 0.398s ahead of the #3 Rebellion, whose quickest time came at the hands of Nathanael Berthon. The #1 Rebellion was third, with the second of the two Toyotas, in the hands of Mike Conway only fourth.
Charlie Robertson was the fastest Ginetta driver, roughly half a second behind Conway despite a spin at Becketts that cost the #5 crew running time for repairs.
In LMP2, United Autosports contuined its strong pace with a third consecutive fastest time in practice. This time it was Phil Hanson who was quickest, putting in a 01:41:271 to put the #22 ORECA ahead of Giedo van der Garde in second for Racing Team Nederland.
Will Stevens made Jackie Chan DC Racing the quickest Goodyear runner in third, some eight-tenths behind Hanson and United Autosports. WEC debutants Cool Racing and High Class Racing completed the top five.
Ferrari once again proved quickest in GTE Pro, with James Calado leading the way in the #51 AF Corse entry. The Briton's 01:54:462 was a tenth quicker than Gianmaria Bruni's quickest time in the #91 Porsche, with team-mate Michael Christensen in third. Miguel Molina was fourth in the second Ferrari, while the two Aston Martins brought up the rear.
Nicklas Nielsen proved formidable in AF Corse's #83 GTE Am Ferrari, with the Dane's 01:54:662 not just giving him the lead in class, but beating all but one of the GTE Pro runners as only Calado's time was quicker. He was also 1,5s quicker than the #56 Team Project 1 Porsche, which was second in class while the #54 AF Corse Ferrari came third.
