Bryan Sellers stormed to victory in a thrilling sixth round of the Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY, becoming the series' first multiple winner in a thrilling battle on the streets of Paris.

Starting from pole position, Sellers led from lights to flag, facing treacherous conditions including hail, two safety car periods and a red flag that brought about an early end to the 25-minute + 1 lap affair.

Second-placed starter Caca Bueno was Sellers' nearest challenger throughout the race, closely following the Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing driver around the Circuit des Invalides before slapping the barriers with only 12-minutes of racing remaining, picking up a puncture as a result before crashing into the barriers of Turn 3 to bring out the red flag.

Amidst the carnage ahead, TWR Techeetah's Stefan Rzadzinski took advantage of the situation to secure second place and his best race result in the championship to date while Sergio Jimenez took third for Jaguar Brazil Racing after starting from fourth.

Simon Evans surged from sixth to fourth in Paris for Team Asia New Zealand and was followed by Ahmed Bin-Khanen who completed the top five, taking his maiden victory in Pro-Am for Saudi Racing.

Celia Martin performed admirably in her home race, fighting from 10th to sixth and second on the Pro-Am podium while Team China Racing's Yaqi Zhang was seventh, followed by Bandar Alesayi in eighth who was hit in Turn 3 by guest driver Archie Hamilton.

Behind Alesayi was Ziyi Zhang in the second Team China entry while Katherine Legge completed the field as the final classified finisher, caught out by Bueno's Turn 3 crash.

Hamilton, who occupied the cockpit of the #1 Jaguar VIP car, joined Bueno in retirement on the streets of Paris after crashing into Alesayi in Turn 3 before later crashing into Martin only five minutes into the race  – a result that marked a low-key racing comeback for the Briton.

By becoming the Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY's first repeat winner, Sellers has taken the lead in the Pro Drivers' Championship with 82 points, holding a five point advantage over Jimenez while Evans occupies third, 14 points adrift of the lead.

Despite having a difficult race in Paris, Alesayi continues to dominate in Pro-Am with 106 points while Bin-Khanen remains as his nearest challenger, 32 points off the lead.

The Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY will return in Monaco on May 11.
