Dale Coyne Racing has confirmed Sebastien Bourdais will remain with the team for the 2019 NTT IndyCar season with a partnership from Jimmy Vasser and James Sullivan in a multi-year deal.

Bourdais will once again field the #18 Sealmaster Honda in all 17 rounds of the 2019 campaign with support from Vasser and Sullivan. He will be teamed alongside Santino Ferrucci in the #19 Cly-Del car.

The four-time CART champion re-joined the Illinois-based team in 2017, having spent the previous three years at KVSH Racing.

Former KVSH Racing owners Vasser and Sullivan joined the DCR team to field Bourdais' #18 Sealmaster entry in 2018, and the Frenchman took his sole victory of the season at the opening race in St.Petersburg for the second consecutive year.

"I am very happy that Dale, Jimmy and Sulli are all moving forward together," said Bourdais.

"The project Dale and I started in 2017 will continue to develop over the next two years with the support of a lot of people and great sponsors.

"As we are getting closer to the beginning of the season, I am looking forward to seeing what we can achieve over the next two!"

“I am really pleased that Jimmy, Sulli and I have reached an agreement to grow our partnership, and to have Sebastien returning”, added team owner, Dale Coyne.

"This next phase of our partnership will see the team with some more resources, equipment and funding. I’m quite looking forward to building upon what we started last year and taking it to the next level."

IndyCar's official two-day test at the Circuit of the Americas will commence on February 12-13.
