Seven female drivers have been confirmed for Formula E's post-Ad Diriyah E-Prix in Saudi Arabia next month.

The test, which is to be held after the season opening event, came at the request of the local organiser. Keen to promote Saudi Arabia's move to allow women to drive in the country, it was agreed that any team entering a female racer would be permitted to run a second car.

Nine of the 11 teams have confirmed they intend to run a female driver, with only Audi and Jaguar choosing not to.

The HWA and Dragon outfits have yet to confirm their test line-up, though both have confirmed their intention to run two cars and therefore at least one female driver apiece.
