The circuit layout for the inaugural Zurich ePrix has been unveiled ahead of the start of the European leg of Formula E's season four calendar.

The all-electric championship will head to the Swiss capital in June, with the event marking the first circuit race to be held in Switzerland for 60 years.

The circuit, which is 2.46km long, features 11 corners and will see drivers race along the lakeside, past the Arboretum park which will be the home of Formula E's Allianz E-Village, and into the historic city centre, before heading back to the start/finish line opposite the Enge harbour (pictured).

The Zurich ePrix will be the tenth round of the 2017/18 season, making it one of the final races before Formula E's season finale which will be a double-header round in New York City.

After completing the South American leg of the calendar, Formula E's European leg commences this month on April 14 with the inaugural Rome ePrix, with Jean-Eric Vergne and Techeetah leading both the Drivers' and Teams' Championships at the mid-way point this season.

After the race in the Italian capital, Formula E will head to Paris and Berlin before travelling to Zurich where home favourites Sebastien Buemi and Edoardo Mortara will tackle the street circuit for Renault e.dams and Venturi.
