The Venturi Formula E team has confirmed its driver line-up for the 2017/18 season, with Edoardo Mortara and Maro Engel taking up the two seats.
Both completed running for Venturi during pre-season testing in Valencia earlier this month, and whilst it was known Engel would likely continue, the identity of the second driver was an unknown.
Mortara will replace Tom Dillmann, who completed seven races for the team last season, standing in for Engel at the Long Beach round before replacing Stéphane Sarrazin for the final six races.
Mortara has raced in the DTM series since 2011, finishing 14th for Mercedes this year, but following the German marque's decision to quit the series, he has switched to Formula E.
Engel remains with the team and secured his best finish this year at the Monaco ePrix, where he finished fifth.
