It has been confirmed that Formula E pre-seaon testing for season 4 will be carried out at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Valencia, Spain.
Pre-season testing for the 2017-18 season will consist of a three day test around the National Circuit configuration of the track which is 3.09km long, being modified through the addition of a chicane on the start/finish straight.
Each of the three days will be divided into a morning and afternoon session, running from 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00. All ten teams on the Formula E grid will be present.
Testing kicks off on Monday, October 2, and comes to a close on Thursday, October 5 ahead of the first round of the season which will be a double header event held in Hong Kong at the start of December.
For season 4, Formula E will see a number of changes, the biggest of which being an increase in power in race mode from 170kW to 180kW, meaning that races will be longer and cars will be faster in race specification.
