Danilo Petrucci will continue to race for Pramac in MotoGP next season, the team has confirmed.
Petrucci joined Pramac in 2015, following three years with Ioda, and has racked up a trio of podiums, including two this season.
Petrucci currently holds seventh place in the standings ahead of Sunday’s German Grand Prix, where he will start from the front row of the grid.
“I am very happy to stay with Octo Pramac Racing, I am glad to remain in the team I consider my home,” said Petrucci.
“I am also proud to be the longest-serving rider in the history of such an important team.
“I would like to thank Paolo Campinoti who welcomed me into the Pramac family and Francesco Guidotti who believed in me.
“A special thanks also to Gigi Dall’Igna, Paolo Ciabatti, and Claudio Domenicali for the support of Ducati, and for providing me with a factory bike that gives me the possibility to obtain great results.”
