World Champion Nico Rosberg will continue to act as an ambassador for Mercedes in 2017, despite having retired from Formula 1.
Rosberg, 31, joined Mercedes in 2010 after four seasons with Williams and emerged as a title contender when the squad vaulted to the front of the grid under new regulations in 2014.
Rosberg finished runner-up to Lewis Hamilton in 2014 and 2015 but turned the tables last year, beating his team-mate to the title by just five points after a record-breaking 21-race season.
Rosberg consequently stunned the sport by announcing his retirement just five days after his title victory, and has been replaced by former Williams driver Valtteri Bottas.
Rosberg, though, has retained his ties to Mercedes into the new year.
"His first commitment will be tomorrow, in Geneva, alongside former team-mate Lewis Hamilton at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) on behalf of team partner IWC Schaffhausen," read a statement.
Rosberg won 23 Grands Prix and took 30 pole positions during his period as a Mercedes race driver, alongside his 2016 title.
