Mercedes, Red Bull and Ferrari all took part in a group 2017 tyre test for the first time, as Pirelli’s development programme came to an end in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.
Daniel Ricciardo shared running for Red Bull Racing with his team-mate Max Verstappen.
The Pirelli tyre tests have been taking place with modified 2015 'mule' cars, to try and simulate similar downforce levels to those expected in 2017.
Lewis Hamilton completed a handful of laps for Mercedes early in the day before pulling out of the test, due to feeling unwell.
Pascal Wehrlein took over Hamilton's car for the remainder of the day, completing Mercedes' 2017 tyre test running once again.
It was the first time Mercedes, Red Bull and Ferrari had all hit the track for 2017 tyre testing at the same time.
In total, 331 laps were completed by the teams over the course of the one-day tyre test.
96 different prototype tyres were tried out by the three teams on the Pirelli test day at the Yas Marina Circuit.
The new 2017 tyres were unveiled by Pirelli before the Abu Dhabi GP weekend and are 25% wider.
Kimi Raikkonen was the sole driver for Ferrari in Abu Dhabi, while the running was split for the other teams.
Pirelli's tyre testing began in August and has featured 11 drivers and five different race circuits.
