Campos Racing's Alex Palou has been disqualified from Friday's GP3 qualifying session after a technical infringement on his car was discovered by the stewards.
The car was found to be "in breach of articles 4.3.12 and 4.1 of the GP3 Series regulations", specifying that the underfloor has to be a certain height, and was subsequently stripped of his third-row start.
The Spaniard had posted an impressive fifth-fastest time during the half-hour session, but will now start from the back of the grid, behind Artur Janosz.
Everyone behind Palou moves up a place, meaning current series runner-up on points Antonio Fuoco moves inside the top 10.
