Antonio Felix Da Costa has been stripped of his Long Beach ePrix pole position after the tyre pressures on his car were found to be too low.
The Team Aguri racer secured the team's first pole position on Saturday, beating DS Virgin's Sam Bird by 0.063s in the Super Pole shoot-out. However during post-qualifying checks, his car was found to be running low tyre pressures.
Da Costa's times have been deleted and he will therefore start from last place.
He write on social media: "Rear left tyre pressure was 0.05 below limit allowed, this means disqualified, will start last. Im having alot of luck this year…"
Bird has been promoted to pole for the Long Beach event.
