Pastor Maldonado and Pedro de la Rosa have been handed reprimands by the FIA for impeding other drivers during qualifying.
It had been announced that Maldonado and Heikki Kovalainen were under investigation during Q1, with the former blocking the latter.
The Caterham driver called for Maldonado to be penalised, but the stewards instead opted to reprimand him as Kovalainen was able to complete a timed lap later in the session.
De la Rosa was found to have impeded Williams driver Bruno Senna during Q1, and will also only face a reprimand.
