Sebastian Vettel set the quickest time in final free practice for the Indian Grand Prix, pipping McLaren’s Jenson Button to first by +0.367s.

The Red Bull driver led much of the session, gradually improving his time to finally be the only man to set a lap in the 1:24s.

Mark Webber finished third quickest ahead of the second McLaren of Lewis Hamilton, whilst the two Ferraris, led by Fernando Alonso, secured P5 and P6.

Paul di Resta finished P7, an impressive performance from the rookie Scott, who once again beat his teammate, Adrian Sutil, back in ninth.

Nico Rosberg split the Force India cars at their ‘second’ home race, whilst Sebastien Buemi rounded off the top ten.

Whilst FP1 and FP2 were dogged with off track excursions, spins and crashes, the final session saw just Narain Karthikeyan and Bruno Senna spin, with a handful of others taking to the grass.
